They are distinguished by optimal use of the available height, due to the absence of a supporting tie rod for the arm; unlike GBC-type column-mounted cranes, GBT-type cranes allow, for the same available space, a greater hook travel during lifting. Arm rotation is controlled by an adjustable braking device.
Column-mounted cranes must be anchored to the ground with a foundation plinth; alternatively, for small capacities, expansion bolts or chemical anchors of appropriate size can be used; however, in such cases, it is recommended to consult our technical department.
